The Office of the Bursar manages student accounts, assesses tuition and fees, provides monthly billing statements, and processes payments and refunds.

We also provide banking services for university departments.

Important Upcoming Dates:

May Intersession 2025 (Please check Academic Calendar for more information)

Phase 1 registration begins March 31^st through April 30^th. Registration fee is waived during this period.
Phase 2 registration begins on May 1^st through May 11^th. Nonrefundable registration fee of $50 is charged.
Phase 3 registration begins on May 12^th through May 13^th. Nonrefundable registration of $100 is charged.
Tuition refund period ends May 13^th. (A withdrawal fee 5% of the balance or $100 – whichever is less will be charged for withdrawals during this period. Please check with Housing and the ID Center for their refund policies.)

Full Summer 2025 (Please check Academic Calendar for more information)

Phase 1 registration begins March 31^st through April 30^th. Registration fee is waived during this period.
Phase 2 registration begins on May 1^st through May 26^th. Nonrefundable registration fee of $50 is charged.
Phase 3 registration begins on May 27^th through May 29^th for First Summer Term 2025 and June 2^nd for Summer 2025. Nonrefundable registration of $100 is charged.
Tuition refund period ends May 29^th for First Summer Term 2025 and June 2^nd for Summer 2025. (A withdrawal fee 5% of the balance or $100 – whichever is less will be charged for withdrawals during this period. Please check with Housing and the ID Center for their refund policies.)
